This would have to my favourite editorial this week. I love everything about it. The dark eyes, the damp location, and of course the title which brings back childhood memories of Soundgarden and their video clip for Black Hole Sun - it haunted me until I stopped playing with Barbies.

Grunge has made quite a resurgence recently, so I'm not surprised at all that V Magazine has taken it to the next extreme in the magazine's aptly titled shoot "Doll Parts", obviously referring to the song of the same title by Courtney Love's band, Hole, circa 1990s (and the more obvious doll parts on Natasha Poly's head). It's come to my attention that a few celebrities, namely, Taylor Momsen have been looking a tad Courtney Love-esque lately and I'm not sure I'm digging it. It kind of works in editorial but Little J is looking a little lame and way too trashy.
